The fellowship is designed to provide extensive experience in clinically relevant research projects within the field of shoulder and elbow surgery.  The training involves working with the shoulder and elbow research group in planning and implementing the research projects within our biomedical and bioengineering laboratories.  A minimum of 6 month commitment is required for the research fellowship.
